Box Office opening times

For Cinema Tickets: Open Monday--Saturday: 10 am to 9 pm or until 15 min after the start of the last performance, whichever is the later. Sundays and Bank Holidays: 1 pm until 15 min after the start of the last performance.

For all other tickets: Open Monday--Saturday: 10 am to 8 pm.

We are unable to exchange tickets or refund money unless a performance is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Cambridge Arts Cinema is a no-smoking building. Children under 3 are not admitted to the auditorium.

Cinema location

Ticket prices

£4.50 all screenings from 5.45 pm
£3.50 all screenings until 5.45 pm and late shows from 11 pm
(£2.50 all screenings until 5.30 pm for unwaged, state pension and city leisurecard holders, children under 15, and student members)

Group rate 10% off for parties of 10 or more

School groups of 10 or more: All tickets £2.50 and 1 in 10 tickets free. Subject to availability.

Other prices may be specified for special events.

Facilities for disabled customers

The Arts Cinema welcomes disabled customers. We can accommodate up to two wheelchairs at any one performance, with access by the side entrance. Please phone the Box Office in advance so seating can be altered.

Facilities are also available for hearing-impaired customers using a Sennheiser wireless infrared headset. Please phone the Box Office in advance so that the headset can be fully recharged.

Film certificates

U (Universal) Passed for general exhibition. Open to all.

PG (Parental Guidance) Passed for general exhibition. Open to all. Unaccompanied children admitted, but parents/guardians are advised that the film contains material they might prefer children under 12 not to see.

12 Passed as suitable only for exhibition to persons of 12 years or over. When a programme includes a '12' film, no person under 12 can be admitted.

15 Passed as suitable only for exhibition to persons of 15 years or over. When a programme includes a '15' film, no person under 15 can be admitted.

18 Passed as suitable only for exhibition to adults. When a programme includes an '18' film, no person under 18 can be admitted.
